Introduction: The RWA Command Hub

Welcome to the Invest Pro Issuer Portal. This is the central command hub for a new financial era, enabling the secure and compliant management of the full Real World Asset (RWA) lifecycle, from initial structuring to secondary trading.

This guide is designed for both administrative staff and developers, providing clear instructions for leveraging our purpose-built platform for institutional-grade RWA management.

Getting Started

  • Access URL: http://wd-admin-web.webdevelop.ll:8085/admin/

  • Login: Contact our system administrator for VPN set up. Under VPN use the credentials provided by our system administrator.

  • Main Dashboard: The main dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of platform activity. The left sidebar is organized into the core modules detailed in this guide.

Module 1: Asset Digitization & Management Suite

This module provides the tools to handle the entire asset lifecycle, from off-chain legal documents to on-chain tokens.

  • Offers: This is the primary module for creating and structuring RWA offerings. Each offer record represents a specific asset being tokenized, such assuch as a single real estate property, a portfolio of assets (like various corporate debts or municipal bonds), or equity in a private company.

    • Key Fields: Title, Asset Type, Security Type, Funding Goal, Minimum Investment, Legal Name, Legal Documents, Smart Contract Address.

    • Workflow: To launch a new asset, you will create an Offer, define its terms, and attach the necessary legal documents.

  • Filer: Manages the regulatory and legal documents associated with each offer. This is the bridge between the off-chain legal framework and the on-chain token.

    • Purpose: A repository for compliance documents like offering legal documents, investment agreements, and regulatory filings.
  • EVM Smart Contracts: Manages the on-chain representation of the asset via smart contracts.

    • Purpose: This section provides a simplified interface for deploying and managing the smart contracts that govern the tokenized asset.

Module 2: Investor & Compliance Engine

This engine is the platform's command center for regulatory adherence, automating the entire investor compliance lifecycle from initial KYC&AML & Accreditation onboarding to ongoing monitoring.

  • Profiles: This is the central record for an investor's identity, eligibility, and ongoing compliance status, serving as the single source of truth for all KYC, Accreditation, and AML data.

    • Key Fields: Profile Type, KYC Status, Accreditation Status, Accreditation Verification Date.

    • Jurisdiction-Specific Questionnaires: The system supports dynamic, rules-based questionnaires to determine investor suitability and sophistication under various regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID, Reg CF).

    • Periodic Re-verification: The system is configured to automatically trigger accreditation re-verification to ensure all compliance data remains current.

    • Workflow: New investors appear here with a "New" KYC & Accreditation status. The compliance team uses this module to review status changes and legal documents when applicable.

  • Users: The core account model that controls login access for investors and administrators. It is directly linked to a profile.

  • Groups: Defines User roles and permissions, ensuring staff members only have access to the modules relevant to their roles.

  • EVM Smart Contracts: Only investors who pass all off-chain compliance checks are permitted to hold or receive the token on the blockchain. The smart contract enforce holding periods or restrict transfers to only other allow-listed evm-wallets, depending on the asset's regulatory requirements.

Module 3: Post-Issuance & Corporate Actions

This module manages the ongoing administration of tokenized assets and the financial relationship with investors.

  • Investments: A record of each investor's commitment to a specific Offer. This tracks ownership of the tokenized asset.

  • Wallets & Transactions: These models form a comprehensive fund administration engine. While providing a seamless hybrid wallet experience for the investor, the admin panel offers granular control over the distinct off-chain and on-chain systems.

    • Wallets: The system manages two interconnected wallet types that are presented as a single, unified balance to the end-user:

      • Electronic Wallet (Off-Chain): The internal ledger for managing fiat currency balances that originate from traditional payment methods via electronic wallet and direct bank account.

      • EVM Wallet (On-Chain): The investor's blockchain-native wallet that holds the actual digital assets and security tokens, providing a verifiable on-chain record of ownership.

    • Transactions: A unified transaction ledger that provides a complete audit trail of all financial movements. To ensure precise reconciliation, the ledger clearly distinguishes between:

  • Distributions & Dividends: This service is used to manage and automate corporate actions, providing a flexible engine for distributing returns to token holders. The system is uniquely designed to support payouts via both traditional fiat and on-chain digital currencies.

    • Automated Calculation: The system automatically calculates each token holder's precise share of a distribution based on their ownership percentage recorded in the investment model.

    • Hybrid Payout Methods: Administrators have the flexibility to execute payments through two distinct channels:

      • Off-Chain Distributions (via Fiat): Payouts can be credited as traditional currency to an investor's Electronic Wallet. These funds are then available for the investor to withdraw via standard banking methods.

      • On-Chain Distributions (via Smart Contract): Payouts can be sent directly to an investor's EVM Wallet. This process is typically executed via a smart contract for enhanced transparency and efficiency.

    • Workflow: To issue a dividend, you would use this tool to calculate each holder's share based on their investment record and initiate Transactions to their Wallets. Notifications are sent automatically.

  • Regulatory Communication: To ensure full compliance with communication requirements, the engine has a dedicated system for managing and tracking all regulatory-mandated investor email and in-app notifications.

    • Automated Triggers: The system automatically sends required notifications based on compliance events, such as profile status changes (e.g., KYC approval/rejection), document submissions, and transaction flags.

    • Template Management: Compliance teams can create and manage pre-approved email and notification templates for various regulatory scenarios, ensuring consistent messaging.

  • (Future) Governance & Voting: TBD

Module 4: Advanced Analytics & Monitoring

This module provides a holistic view of investor activity and assets performance, fusing traditional financial metrics with blockchain-native data.

  • RWA Performance Dashboard:

    • Purpose: This is the main view for market intelligence. It features real-time data visualizations of the most important Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

      • Total Value Locked (TVL): The total value of assets currently tokenized.

      • On-Chain Issuance Volume: The volume of new assets tokenized over a specific period.

      • Holder Distribution: Insights into the number of unique investors.

      • Transaction Volume: Real-time data on the volume of token transfers.

    • Underlying Asset Transparency: This section provides verified data on the off-chain collateral, linking to custodian reports and legal frameworks stored in the Filer.

  • System Health & Audit Trail:

    • Eventlogs: A human-readable audit trail of all significant actions taken by users and administrators. Essential for security and compliance audits.

    • Applogs: Technical logs for developers to monitor application health and troubleshoot issues.

    • Webhooks: Manages automated data pushes to external systems (e.g., CRM, accounting software).
